4RA Better Offroad AI is built as a private creative workshop for vehicle visualization. It is not a social network, and users do not transfer personal profiles, direct messages, or user-to-user datasets inside the app.

Our design principle is simple: generate custom off-road concepts while keeping personal exposure low. We do not request account identity files, postal addresses, or identity documents to provide the core generation features.

The app may process a technical unique identifier to maintain core service operations such as attribution quality, basic stability metrics, and push delivery routing. This identifier is used for system functionality and service diagnostics, not to build personal dossiers about your life, habits, or relationships.

We use Singular and OneSignal as infrastructure partners. These providers may handle limited device-level or technical event data needed to support attribution and notification delivery in a reliable manner.

AI-powered image generation is used to transform uploaded vehicle photos into conceptual off-road previews. The generated images are model outputs intended for planning and inspiration. They are visual simulations, not legal certifications or mechanical guarantees.

We do not operate person-to-person data exchange mechanics. The product is oriented around single-user creative interaction: upload, generate, compare, save, and revisit concept history.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal categories for the normal app experience. If future functionality introduces materially different processing logic, those changes will be documented in an updated policy version.

Retention approach: technical operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for platform reliability, fraud prevention, attribution consistency, and legal compliance obligations. Data is not retained indefinitely without purpose.

You remain responsible for the content you upload, including ensuring you have rights to use the source photos. Please do not upload content that violates third-party rights, applicable law, or platform standards.
